We can't progress this week, someone cancelled the Hellscream buff! No way we going to kill Blood Queen now :(

Sounds like a perfect opportunity to encourage your guys to improve :)
It did eventually take the 5% buff to push us over the DPS "hump" on BQ, and a huge part of that fight is who gets bit in what order. On a night like that I just turn on Guild Repairs and pay all of our guys' repairs for the night, even if the fight is going to be impossible, because well... you never know!
